Use 5-30 drops essential oil to 1 oz carrier oil

Effects on the mind

Ginger is a warming, uplifting oil for counteracting coldness and indifference as well as apathy and lethargy.  Useful for weak-minded individuals.  It also aids in concentration and memory.

Effects on the body

  • Ginger is particularly useful for excesses of moisture such as catarrh and diarrhea.  It is highly effective in treatment of disorders aggravated by damp such as rheumatism

  • Excellent for all digestive problems especially nausea and sickness

  • Ginger is highly effective for pain relief in conditions such as arthritis and rheumatism.  A good oil for improving circulation.

Effects on the spirit

A grounding oil which brings balance to the chakras.  Ginger is helpful for the 'third eye'.

Special Precautions

  • Use in lower doses on hypersensitive skin
