Effects on the mind

The delicious aroma of mandarin is uplifting, relieving depression and anxiety.  Engenders feelings of joy and hopefulness.

Effects on the body

  • Mandarin is a gentle tonic for the digestive system, relieving flatulence and indigestion

  • Useful for stimulating a poor appetite following illness or depression

  • Beneficial for combating insomnia resulting from stress and anxiety

  • Helpful for relieving fluid retention and PMS, calming and soothing the nerves

  • Mandarin is an excellent oil for the prevention of stretch marks and the reduction of scarring
