Blends with: The sweet grassy fragrance of Palmarosa blends well with cananga, geranium, oak moss, rosewood, amyris, sandalwood, guaiacwood, cedarwood, and floral oils
 

Effects on the mind

A sedative yet uplifting oil ideal for releasing stress and tension.  Palmarosa is known to raise self esteem.

Effects on the body

  • Stimulates the appetite and is useful as a tonic for convalescence and anorexia

  • Effective for relieving stiff muscles and joints particularly following exercise

  • Palmarosa is renowned for its beneficial effects on the skin.  It is useful for dry skin as well as acne since it regulates the production of sebum.  Also beneficial for mature skin and wrinkles as it aids cellular regeneration.

Effects on the spirit

Palmarosa is excellent for the solar plexus.

Odour: Characteristic rose like odour.

Total Alcohol Content as Geraniol: Min. 90%
