Tea Tree Pure Essential Oil

Melaleuca Alternifolia

This oil may be applied directly to the skin without dilution in first aid situations and acne treatments. Do not use neat in massage or for any type of full body application. 

Use 5-30 drops essential oil to 1 oz carrier oil

Blends with: The warm, fresh, spicy-camphoraceous odor of Tea Tree blends well with lavandin, lavender, clary sage, rosemary, oak moss, pine, cananga, geranium, marjoram and spice oils, especially clove and nutmeg.

Effects on the body

  • Renowned for its remarkable activity against bacteria, fungi and viruses and as a powerful immune-stimulant, tea tree should be included in the first-aid kit in every household.  It is particularly useful for combating repeated infections and for glandular fever and the post-viral syndrome ME

  • Tea Tree is excellent both prior to and after an operation

  • Invaluable for infectious skin conditions such as chicken pox

  • Employed for a whole host of skin problems - acne, athlete's foot, boils, cuts and wounds, herpes, spots, verucae and warts (apply neat to small areas)

Effects on the spirit

Useful for shock if it gets stuck in the solar plexus and abdomen.  Helps to eliminate old traumas.

  • none - tea tree is often used neat (without being diluted) for first-aid purposes.
